وَإِنَّ مِنۡهُمۡ لَفَرِيقٗا يَلۡوُۥنَ أَلۡسِنَتَهُم بِٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لِتَحۡسَبُوهُ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَيَقُولُونَ هُوَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا هُوَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِۖ وَيَقُولُونَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡكَذِبَ وَهُمۡ يَعۡلَمُونَ
And there are some among them who alter the Scripture[34] with their tongues so that you may think it is part of the Scripture, while it is not part of the Scripture; and they say, “It is from Allah,” while it is not from Allah. And they tell lies about Allah knowingly. (Rowwad Translation)
Y entre los judíos hay grupos que tergiversan la palabra de Al-lah cuando recitan las Escrituras (la Torá) para que penséis que (lo que dicen) es parte de la revelación, cuando no lo es; y dicen que procede de Al-lah, cuando no procede de Al-lah, y atribuyen mentiras a Al-lah a sabiendas. Et parmi eux, il y a ceux qui, en lisant le Livre, tordent leurs langues pour que vous croyiez que cela provient vraiment du Livre, alors qu’il n’en est rien. Et ils disent : « Cela vient d’Allah », alors qu’il n’en est rien. C’est qu’ils débitent au sujet d’Allah des mensonges, et ils le savent bien. (Noor International)
और निःसंदेह उनमें से निश्चय कुछ लोग[40] ऐसे हैं, जो किताब (पढ़ने) के साथ अपनी ज़बानें मरोड़ते हैं, ताकि तुम उसे पुस्तक में से समझो, हालाँकि वह पुस्तक में से नहीं और कहते हैं, यह अल्लाह की ओर से है। हालाँकि वह अल्लाह की ओर से नहीं और अल्लाह पर झूठ कहते हैं, हालाँकि वे जानते हैं। (Al-Umary)
他们中确有一部分人，篡改天经，以便你们把曾今篡改的当做天经，其实，那不是天经。他们说：“这是从安拉那里降示的。”其实，那不是从安拉那里降示的，他们明知故犯地假借安拉的名义而造谣。 (Makin)
