الآية السابقة
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ مِنكُمۡ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزۡوَٰجٗا وَصِيَّةٗ لِّأَزۡوَٰجِهِم مَّتَٰعًا إِلَى ٱلۡحَوۡلِ غَيۡرَ إِخۡرَاجٖۚ فَإِنۡ خَرَجۡنَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي مَا فَعَلۡنَ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِنَّ مِن مَّعۡرُوفٖۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ
Those of you who pass away leaving widows should bequeath in their favor to be maintained for one year without forcing them out[134]. But if they leave, then there is no blame on you for what they reasonably do with themselves. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (Rowwad Translation)
Y a las viudas les corresponde, como legado, el derecho a ser mantenidas (por los familiares del marido) y a permanecer en la casa conyugal durante un año lunar completo[82]. Pero, si ellas abandonan el hogar voluntariamente, vosotros (los familiares del difunto marido) no seréis reprochados por lo que ellas hagan de manera razonable (siempre que se respete la ley de Al-lah). Y Al-lah es Poderoso y Sabio. (Noor International)
Ceux qui des vôtres décèdent et laissent des épouses, doivent leur avoir laissé un testament qui les fera bénéficier d’une année d’entretien et sans expulsion. Et si elles sortent de leur plein gré, il ne vous sera fait aucun grief de (les avoir laissées) disposer d’elles mêmes dans les limites du convenable. Allah est Tout – Puissant et Sage. और जो लोग तुममें से मृत्यु पा जाते हैं तथा पत्नियाँ छोड़ जाते हैं, वे अपनी पत्नियों के लिए एक वर्ष तक घर से निकाले बिना खर्च देने की वसीयत करें। परंतु यदि वे (स्वयं) निकल जाएँ[158], तो तुमपर उसमें कोई पाप नहीं जो वे रीति के अनुसार अपने बारे में करें, और अल्लाह सब पर प्रभुत्वशाली, पूर्ण हिकमत वाला है। (Al-Umary)
你们中弃世而遗留妻子的人，当为妻室而遗嘱，当供给她们一年的衣食，不可将她们驱逐出去。如果她们自愿出去，那么，她们关于自身的合礼的行为，对于你们是毫无罪过的。安拉是万能的，是至睿的 (Makin)
